I used Top Clean twice for end-of-tenancy cleaning. Both times, they did a very good job, and the house was spotless, and I got my full deposits back. The cleaners were punctual, and they did an amazing job. I’m very happy with the level of service, and surely I will book them in the future.

As I was looking to hire a company for end-of-tenancy cleaning, I decided to call these guys. My first impression was great. Anna, who contacted me after I sent a request, was polite and helpful. She helped me with the entire process and gave me all the details that I needed to feel comfortable.

On the day of the cleaning, the team arrived on time, and it took them 4 hours to clean the flat and make it perfect. Honestly, I was quite impressed that the stove was spotless after them. They remove really old stains that I couldn’t clean with anything when I was trying.

I have an end of tenancy cleaning today, and I could be happier with the final result. The cleaners did a fantastic job, the property was sparkling clean, and they listened to all of my needs and accommodated them. Also, they were incredibly friendly and polite. The whole process from the booking to the end result was smooth and stress-free. Anna answered all of my questions during the booking process and kept me updated about everything. The communication was awesome, and the cleaning itself was fantastic. I can recommend them enough.
